Our scanners capture high quality images that can be viewed by standard viewers that are freely available.

Your images can be coded to make data easier to find, references from the data are attached to the file to allow fast and easy searching.

Our OCR (Optical Character Reading) processes can OCR images and supply the content in various text formats or via an indexed PDF.

The data can be supplied on various media formats, e.g. CD, DVD, Flash Drive, External Hard Drive depending on the size of the data. The standard format is metadata in a csv file that links to either TIFF or PDF files. Alternative formats can be supplied on request.

Docusite can store your documents in our secure warehouse in Kent, if required the documents can be requested, retrieved and delivered. Alternatively we can arrange for the paper to be destroyed securely.
